To ensure a secure and smooth production flow, we operate under the following payment structures:
Standard Method: 40% Down Payment (DP) via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to initiate production.
Balance Payment: The remaining 60% is due upon completion of production, prior to shipment or against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Alternative: Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is negotiable for bulk orders.
As our mugs involve handcrafted teak wood and precision stainless steel, we prioritize quality over speed:
Lead Time: Standard production takes 30–45 days depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Quality Assurance: Every item undergoes a multi-stage QC process to ensure the wood is properly treated (food-grade) and the steel is perfectly bonded.
Order Confirmation: Production begins officially once the Down Payment is confirmed in our bank account.
We offer flexibility based on Incoterms 2020:
Preferred Terms: FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or EXW (Ex Works).
Loading Port: [Insert your port, e.g., Tanjung Priok, Jakarta / Tanjung Emas, Semarang], Indonesia.
Packaging: Mugs are packed in export-standard corrugated boxes with protective padding to ensure the teak wood is cushioned against humidity and impact.
We handle all necessary Indonesian export legalities to ensure a seamless entry into your country. We will provide:
Commercial Invoice & Packing List.
Bill of Lading (B/L).
Certificate of Origin (COO): To help you benefit from reduced import duties.
Fumigation Certificate: Ensuring the teak wood meets international phytosanitary standards.
V-Legal/FLEGT License: (Mandatory for Indonesian wood exports) certifying that the timber is legally and sustainably sourced.
